Anyone using the Facilities on our premises supplied by OL need to understand and abide by our rules and direction ***
"Facilities" means all exercise and equipment available on our site including our pool, gym and other facilities
"Rules" means the rules and regulations which apply to the booking and the conduct of all guests, these are also available within our pool house
Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. The latest applicable version will always be available within our leisure house or on our website
You should ensure your satisfied upon your Order Confirmation if anything appears incorrect please contact OL at your earliest convenience
Ossett Leisure is an independent operator we reserve the right to amend our products and policies at our discretion, OL reserves the right to refuse or reject any persons if we feel it is reasonably necessary
customers: over the age of 16 are entitled to use all Facilities for the reserved period agreed, the persons are not to overstay their booking slot, These Terms and Conditions are applied. Penalties may be charged if not adhered to.

Ossett Leisure Ltd: opening times are controlled at our sole discretion upon giving such reasonable notice periods
Our Facilities: In the event our Facilities are unavailable Ossett Leisure may offer reasonable or fair compensation instead of the booking period if applicable
Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for damage or loss to your property or linked parties, events on the premises or within our grounds, the liability for your own safety relies upon the individual's judgment, should this fail you are solely accountable for any occurrence.
We do not accept liability for injury or death of any person or child that may happen on the premises or within the grounds of Ossett Leisure Ltd
Nothing in these terms and conditions is deemed to restrict any rights or conditions as a consumer or as an individual
Conduct
All persons must use the Facilities in accordance with our guidelines that are advised and provided. All persons must not abuse the Facilities and the booking individual/or persons will be held accountable for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.
All persons are required to behave in a reasonable and courteous manner so as not to be offensive or cause disturbance to the employees of OL, our surroundings or their guests.
Violation of Rules for unreasonable conduct deemed by OL
It is our right to retain any fees paid by the Lead booking person or group in relation to the use of the establishment of OL in the event of termination of your session.
Appeals & and complaints against OL must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the incident, All complaints will be acknowledged within 28 days.
Serious/miscellaneous
Smoking within our grounds is strictly prohibited. Anyone found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be immediately turned away without further explanation or refunds being offered
OL reserves the right to alter, change, add reduce or cease various Facilities within the grounds for any reason
Private parties, large bookings or other activities deemed inappropriate or undesirable may be cancelled without reason, notice will be provided if the circumstances are identified prior to the event being held, Compensation will not be applicable within these circumstances unless deemed negligent.
Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of OL would omit any liabilities or accountability. it may not be possible to provide all facilities to bookings due to various maintenance requirements or failure of equipment.
